To design and to execute projects considering the private and public sectors as equal entities in the promotion of national development. HARCON CORP S.A.C considers that both investments are necessary for the satisfaction of multiple basic needs and economic growth of the population.

In order to achieve this, our company has established as its main and essential priority collaborating with the development of the country. This could be done through the elaboration, execution and presentation of new project investments for our municipal & regional government institutions and private companies to improve living conditions of rural population. The combination of both is considered as Public-Private Partnership Projects (APP).

In addition to our permanent professional activity, our staff collects very important field information for the preparation of technical proposals on issues related to low-budget construction projects that have great social impact. These are prepared with the purpose of collaborating with the municipal and/or regional authorities, so all of them can be evaluated by their own working teams.

Currently, our company has finished preparing a package of project proposals in the Agriculture, Housing, Health, and Commercial sectors of the regions of San Martín, Loreto and Madre de Dios (all of them located in the Amazon forest) to be financed by their own Regional Governments and/or through international cooperation.
